Refund policy
At Rizz Styles, we want you to love your purchases. If you do not find the product(s) satisfying, you can return/exchange it within 7 days from the date of receipt. Return requests placed after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
- All items must have the price tags, brand tags, seal, etc and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- To ensure your garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging for proper care and protection.
- Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product.
- Return will be picked from only from the original address where the product was delivered.
Once the returned product is received at our hub, we would run a super quick quality check and initiate refund if the returned product passes quality check. If the product fails to pass the quality check, it shall be shipped back to the customers address.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the product passes quality check. Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer only.
Rizz Styles shall reserve the right to restrict return of the items purchased on if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Rizz Style's sole discretion.
